Kurt Griffin is the Office Manager at The McShane Firm. Kurt joins the firm after 6 years in the financial industry as a Branch Manager and Officer of a bank. Kurt obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Shippensburg University. He resides in Lancaster County with his wife and three children. Outside of the office, Kurt enjoys spending time with his family, fishing and watching sports.
Jennifer Kain
Paralegal
Jennifer Kain is a full-time Paralegal at The McShane Firm, LLC. Jennifer earned her Paralegal Certificate in 1991 and comes to the Firm with a background in health care and personal injury law. Jennifer comes to the Firm with over eight years of legal experience, and two-years of experience in the finance industry.
She resides in Harrisburg with her loving husband and two fur-babies. Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys birding, photography, hiking, gardening and reading.
Tyniesha Perry
Paralegal
TyNiesha is a full-time Intake Support Specialist and Paralegal at The McShane Firm, LLC. She has 6 years of experience in customer service, as well as 1 year of experience in family law and several other areas of civil law. TyNiesha graduated in 2019 with her B.S.B.A. degree in Paralegal Studies. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.
Andrea Robinson
Paralegal
Andrea has an A.S in Criminal Justice and will complete her B.A in Legal Support and Services in the next few months. She may be new to the legal field, but she adds over 10 years of diverse Customer Service experience. When she is not at work, she enjoys entertaining family and friend. She loves watching football with her family, Go Giants!
Desiree Shipp

With a background in customer service and holding an Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice, Desiree plans to pursue her Bachelor’s degree in Criminology. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, discovering new places to explore, and reading.
Samantha Miller
Business Development Manager
Samantha graduated from Central Dauphin High School, and attended two years at Harrisburg Area Community College in the general studies program.
She never misses a chance to spend time with friends, family, and all of her pets. Activities she enjoys are horseback riding, adult allstar competitive cheerleading, and hiking with her dogs!
Dustine Buckman
Legal Assistant
Dustine Buckman has 3 years of experience in the legal field and over 12 years of customer service work. She is funny, compassionate, helpful, and enjoys working with people. Outside of work she enjoys watching high school /college wrestling, swimming, kayaking. She also enjoys hanging out with her husband and sons as well as family and friends.
Kimberly Firestone
Chief Financial Officer
Kimberly Firestone is the firm accountant and also is in charge of human resources at our firm. She has been with the firm for over 8 years in this capacity and continues to enjoy her position to the fullest. Kimberly received her Bachelor in Arts from Duquesne University and continued on to obtain her Masters In Business Administration from Penn State University. Outside of the office Kimberly enjoys spending time with her daughter, fitness and volunteering with animal organizations in the area.
